In the spring 2024, I worked as a UX/Product Designer with Easylist. The project included a mobile app for property scanning and a website dashboard for property management. I focused on redesigning the mobile app and collaborated closely with the CEO, CTO, and developers, completing the UX design in three months.

Interaction: Clear and simple user flows are easier to navigate, and onboarding guides greatly assist new users.

User Flow
The user can select the role to create a property based on the template and upload pictures of items. AI tech will automatically fill in the content, the user can complete the inspection, and finally sync data to the dashboard.

Home page
The most noticeable change is on the homepage. Based on user needs and the core functions of the application, we redesigned the property creation flow and implemented a new UI system. Key updates include:
Enhancing the visibility of the "Create Property" option.
Introducing a homepage feature for managing properties.
Streamlining the user flow for improved clarity and usability.

Inspection replaced by report
The second change is about the Inspection, based on the user interview’s feedback, we selected the Reports instead of the Inspection.
From the reports, users can gain more institutive states of report process, which can bring users more effectivity when they use the application.

Cons: Distinguishing items is time-consuming and slows the process.
Limited space makes it difficult for users to edit the AI-generated descriptions and with limitation of description details.
